1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Forge & Flow (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including our website at forgeandflow.us and the CallPilot AI SMS notification service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.
2. Services
Forge & Flow provides web design, logo design, branding, and marketing services to small businesses. Service scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are established in individual project agreements. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Program Description
CallPilot AI provides SMS notifications related to AI answering services, including call summaries, urgent alerts, account updates, and service-related notifications. By providing your phone number and enabling SMS notifications, you consent to receive text messages from CallPilot AI.

Opt-Out Instructions
Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages at any time. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts.

SMS consent and phone numbers are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of final custom deliverables (website files, logo files, etc.) created specifically for their project. Forge & Flow retains the right to display work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. We retain ownership of any pre-existing frameworks, tools, or templates used.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. We typically require a deposit before work begins. Outstanding balances must be paid in full before final files are transferred. Late payments may incur fees as specified in the project agreement.
5. Limitation of Liability
Forge & Flow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Services are provided “as is.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding search engine rankings, traffic results, or business outcomes from our work. We will deliver services as described in project agreements but cannot guarantee specific results.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in Kitsap County, Washington.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
